Weep Hole: A small hole in the bottom butt edge of the vinyl siding panel, allowing condensation to escape. . Wind Load Pressure: A measurement of how well a panel might perform during high winds. Wire Mesh: A mesh attached to the wall sheathing and studs used to anchor a stucco base coat to the wall.
